Object Description
Photograph of Ronald Reagan taken in 1941 during his visit to Eureka, Illinois. Ronald Reagan attended Eureka College between 1928 and 1932. He was a member of the TKE's Iota Chapter during his time in Eureka and served as its President in 1928. Reagan was also active in school including theater and football. At the time of the photograph, Ronald Reagan was working as an actor in Hollywood.
This black and white photograph shows Ronald Reagan standing along side a young man as the two of them look at an unknown rectangular object. Ronald Reagan wears a light colored suit, white button-up shirt, striped tie, and white handkerchief. The unknown gentleman wears a black suit, white undershirt, and a black tie. The two stand by a window which looks similar to the one in photograph Ronald Reagan at the Eureka College TKE House (One) (Catalog #1941.002) giving the impression that the photograph was taken inside the TKE house in Eureka.
